Joseph J. Ashton III is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Groups in the Yardley, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Ashton concentrates his practice on complex personal injury matters, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation claims and construction accident cases.

While in law school, Mr. Ashton served as a Judicial Intern for Magistrate Judge M. Faith Angell, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Complex Litigation Center.

Mr. Ashton is a frequent contributor to the Pennsylvania Law Monitor.
